CF Real Estate Investments, LLC (“CF”) is a privately funded real estate investment company that acquires and develops commercial real estate in the Southeastern United States. The company’s primary focus is value-add acquisitions, ground-up development and re-development.

CF is a transaction-based company. We will source opportunities through our broad market relationships that have been developed over the last thirty-five-plus years. CF also has numerous capital sources from which to draw. Opportunities will be matched with these capital sources based on product type, the size of the transaction, its risk profile, and its geographic location.
